Founded in 2009 by the brothers Paul and Michael Mladenka, Cou-Yon's is a Baton-Rouge based BBQ business with a brick and mortar location in Port Allen, a permanent food trailer at the corner of Perkins Road and Acadian (in the Juban's parking lot), and a full service professional catering business.
